With a culture centred around education, B.A.L.L Events & Promotions CEO, Brandon Learmond is urging aspiring professionals to “Always continue to learn and evolve.”

Mr. Learmond is passionate about development and helping people to fulfill their potential. The business owner contends that for people to achieve success, it requires continual evolvement through learning. At B.A.L.L Events, they have cultivated an environment where education is at the forefront.

Speaking during an interview earlier this month, Mr. Learmond was asked about his most significant business lesson; “My biggest lesson so far I would say is to never slow down and get complacent. Always continue to learn and evolve.”

Mr. Learmond is a passionate business coach and mentor who is dedicated to the success of everyone at the firm. The business owner contends that people can fulfill their potential by continuing to learn;

“The most successful people I know have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, and that is something I have adopted. I recognize that there is always more to learn. Complacency kills success and to prevent complacency setting in; people need to keep learning and developing.”
